Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, order status, shipping and delivery
Provide customers with product and service information
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Respond and resolve customer complaints

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
